"Pilates Inside Out classes started over 20 years ago for me. I was suffering from a chronic lower back injury and Pilates was a safe form of remedial exersize. The back injury quickly disappeared as my muscles and core became stronger with Pilates. I have continued taking classes for the last 20 years.
